Payment Plan: 3 Payments of $29 each
- I agree to pay Tara McGillicuddy, Director of ADDClasses.com 3 payments of $29 each spread 30 days apart for a total of $87 for the On-Demand Adult ADD Time Management Intensive.
- I understand that any missed payments will result in access to the Adult ADD Time Management Intensive being immediately revoked.
- I understand that Tara McGillicuddy, ADDClasses.com, and Laura Rolands are not responsible for any decisions I make after enrolling in the Adult ADD Time Management Intensive.
- I understand that I must be over the age of 18.
- I understand it is my responsibility check my SPAM folder for emails for the Adult ADD Time Management Intensive.
- I understand that it is my responsibility to maintain my own computer to be able to use the member website. This includes keeping it free from Viruses and Spyware and making sure that my temporary internet files and cookies have been cleared recently.
- I understand that no refunds will be given and no class transfers are allowed.
